Works perfectly for my sinus issues! I have ordered it numerous times! Great value! Takes like salt water but not very strong. Lots of packs too! No side effects and tastes like salt. Can be easily brought anywhere as long as you can make the distiller water warm.

Better than expected; the bottle worked as described; the flow was there from the beginning... following the easy instructions. Honestly, I was skeptical of the many positive reviews about the no-discomfort reported but they were right. Upon completion, I sat down to write a review and had five consecutive sneezes that I allowed to work their way, blew my nose and will now wait for act II in a few hours. In the beginning, I know I will need the rinse twice daily since the second one will finish what the first one started. Back to discomfort, compared to other solutions, this bottle and ingredients provide a gentle cleaning with no burning, bad taste or other sensations... valid reasons not to avoid the treatment.

I had sinus surgery, this was recommended for rinse. I cannot say how very much this helped me!! Would recommend to anyone with sinus problems. The best!!

I have used NeilMed sinus rinse products for a few years now. This product is particularly useful after working in dusty conditions with significant airborne particles. Think mowing the lawn or tearing out drywall. The squeeze bottle is easy to use and the individual packs of saline are great for keeping things sanitary. This product definitely clears out your sinuses after a long day of dirty work. Founds best results using it towards the end of a hot shower. Make sure to clean and dry the bottle well after each use. Overall I'm a big fan and will continue to be a long term customer.

These rinses were the only thing that got rid of my crazy sinus infection. I think anyone who has allergies or suffers from other sinus related illnesses should use these.

I've used this for YEARS. I use it every single night and I swear this has helped me with allergies and not get sick as much. It cleans everything out in a gentle way. If you think about it, when you get a cold, just blowing your nose isn't getting it all cleared out. But actually cleansing and rinsing it DOES. I have not had a sinus infection since I started using this so it's been years. And when I am sick, it is grossly satisfying seeing the gunk that gets pushed out.

Easy to use and effective

Amazing. when sick I use one in the morning and one before bed. Helps clear out that morning clog and relieve pressure. And I use before bed to have a fresh start and make falling asleep easier.
