A++++ for this cabin tent - we love it!
We purchased this tent because we couldn't stand up inside our old one. We slept four (two adults, two children, and a dog!) very comfortably in this tent for five nights recently on two queen size air mattresses. The closet was a nice bonus to keep some things handy. We had plenty of room for our things, love the hinged door (helped with kids that had trouble with zippers going in and out. We had rain the first two nights and stayed perfectly dry. We did apply camp dry to the rain fly first though, just in case. Only trouble we had was getting it back into the bag after disassembly.Would definitely recommend this tent to anyone looking for something they can stand up in, and have plenty of room. We researched for weeks before we bought it, and we are very glad we did.

Setup requires engineering degree.
We have been tent camping for 40+ years. Our previous Coleman tent served us well for 25 years, then was passed on to our adult children. This is not your father's Coleman tent. The directions consist of diagrams which do not adequately differentiate the poles used for setup. The poles are NOT color-coded to the "spider" used for setup. We spent an hour trying to "intuit" the setup before conceding defeat. It was VERY difficult to repackage the tent and its parts for return. I can't imagine how awkward it would be to take the tent down and put it up at different campsites going cross country, as we had planned. The tent material is lightweight, good for keeping the weight down, but hard to tell how durable it will be.As for the vendor, Camping Comfortably, I would give them 5 stars if I could for fast, no hassle customer service. The shortcomings of the tent are a Coleman problem that they need to fix.

NOT BROWN like the pic
GRAY, NOT BROWN like the pic. We were pretty bummed it didn't have that "groovy" outdoor feel we wanted. Not an easy put together like advertised. NO WAY to get it back in the roll away convenience bag it came in. Not worth the money. Same quality as buying a tent at target or walmart.

Buy It, But Be Ready To Teach Yourself How To Build It
Only two things keep me from giving this five stars: the door stiffener rods cracked on their very first installation, and the picture-directions were truly awful. Now that I know how to build it I bet I can get it done in about 20 minutes, but no way nine minutes. Overall, however, a spacious tent and a good value.

Quick, single person set up.
AMAZING tent. I go camping with small children and I am typically the first one at the site, so I set up by myself. Previously, I had a similar tent but it was almost impossible to set up alone if there was the slightest breeze. Last month I set this up, alone, in the wind.

Great features, extremly poor quality materials and construction.
We purchased this tent to replace a tent we had for 23 years. After much research, and camping with friends who have a similar model Coleman tent, we chose the Jenny Lake. Big mistake. We took it on a weekend camping trip in southern Utah and the very first night we used it, the wind picked up and the tent barely survived the night. One corner tie-down ripped completely off of the tent. On another corner tie-down, the plastic pole holder broke off of the tie-down strap. We are not talking hurricane force winds here folks, just brief, relatively strong gusts of up to 35 mph or so. Our old tent survived much more than that and served us well for over two decades. When we set this tent up, I noted the lack of quality in materials and especially at seams around stress points like where the poles connect to the plastic elbows at the roof line. I even thought to myself it wouldn't last a single season of camping. Sure enough, one night with some wind proved it is not up to the task. Do not buy this tent for any reasonable level of camping.

First time was good and this time it went up and then RIPPP
Well I used this tent only twice this memorial day and last memorial day. First time was good and this time it went up and then RIPPP! T one corner stack loop tore and this made for a very loose tent. So I am trying to get someones to fix it. If not it goes in trash and I will go buy my springbar tent ( they are the best!
