They work very well, too some practice to get

I ordered this for my boyfriend since he’s a huge fan of novelty items and he loves it. It works well, usually takes a few strikes to get a flame going but it’s great quality. The lighter fluid needed for it is very inexpensive. It’s aesthetically pleasing and kinda fun to use to light candles and stuff even if it’s unnecessary. However, I will warn you the flame is very large for such a tiny match, so be careful using it in small spaces or close to your face!

It’s a fun and great product. The only issue I have is the durability of it. I’ve had it for a little over a week now and already It’s not usable anymore. I accidentally dropped it on my deck and the flint stick that is glued to it popped completely off. I paid for the more expensive version of the match stick hoping that I would be able to have it for some time. Unfortunately this is not the case.

Bought as a gift for my uncle, thought he could use it for camping. He gave me the second one to have for myself. Brought it to work, showed one of my mangers. Manger proceeded to play with it. Spilt some of the fluid on his hand and crotch. Still lit the firestarter, proceeded to catch his hand on fire and his crotch all while I stand in a corner freaking out. He puts out the fire and was completely okay. Every coworker than teases me for setting my manager on fire. I now have a great story to tell to my future employers, and a Firestarter I have no use for. But hey it works and it's still great. Moral of the story, don't let your manager play with fire after they spill lighter fluid on themselves.

Cheap ass quality. Only lit a few times-and those with a very much lot of effort - on one before the wick completely burned off and out. Upon closer inspection it looks like the Flint can't even get enclosed to hit the striker. Either one will spark on its own without even being in the lighter fluid as hard as I try(it's supposed to do that) the person that is selling these mustnhappy that they ripped me off for 20 bucks. Stay clear of these. Buy one from a brand name - I don't know what brand name that would be - but do not spend your money on this one and give this SOB that's selling them the satisfaction of making money.

Works as described. Happy to add it to my hunting pack.

Solid, these things are pretty cool

Funktioniert ganz gut, wenn Mann den Dreh raus hat. Habe zwar das Erste gleich mal kaputt gemacht, indem ich den unteren schraubverschluss geöffnet habe und mir gleich der Gummi dichtring gerissen ist. Ist aber meine eigene Schuld gewesen, man muss die untere Schraube nicht rausdrehen. Wichtig ist nicht so viel Benzin einzufüllen. Läuft bei mir bereits seit einer Woche und musste noch kein Benzin nachfüllen. Man muss zwar einige Male reiben, damit eine Flamme kommt, aber damit kann ich leben.
