Review: Perfect replacement—restored full headlight and dash light function - I picked up this headlight switch to replace the original one in my 1970 C10 that had finally given out—dash lights were flickering, and the switch wouldn’t stay pulled out without wiggling it just right. This replacement worked flawlessly. The plug fit right into the factory wiring harness with no issues. I had to reuse my original knob. It has a nice, solid “click” when pulling out to the first (parking lights) and second (headlights) positions. The dimmer function for the dash lights also works well—smooth rotation, and the dash lights finally brighten and dim like they should. It also fixed the dome light issue when twisting fully to the left. ✅ Pros: Exact fit for 1970 C10 and other GM trucks Includes dash light dimmer and dome light override Works with original or reproduction knobs Restores full OEM function ❌ Cons: No wiring diagram included (not really needed if you're swapping an original) It does not come with a pull knob.

A: probably not I have a 79 Corvette and Corvettes are def front from all the cars

**Q: Will this fit in a 66ford f100**
A: I do not know about Ford products! Keep in mind I was looking for a 64 Olds Dynamic 88 and this switch and 3 others from other companys ALL came in with the same problem for me, the plug and or electrical connections were PERFECT BUT the mounting bracket threads were WRONG for my bezel thru the dash. I finally gave up and took the OLD & NEW switches apart and exchanged the brackets and was all OK.
