First, This twists together with metal in metal therefore staying together (vs plastic into plastic/metal which keeps untwisting). Did arrive with some pole paint scratches, but not enough of an issue to exchange. Will just use clear nail polish to prevent rusting. Works just like expected. Gets even tinier particles than I expected. Storage is great, takes up little space when dust pant is tilted as designed and broom attached - hangs nicely. Love the bright green, makes it easier to find the broom when that special someone leaves it where he can’t remember :) Buy? Yes without hesitation

I have had this broom and dust pan for years now! It's not in the best shape but it still does it's job! It is super easy to clean and I love using it to sweep my floors! I do however wish the broom bristles were a bit more durable and didn't fall out as easy.

I like the style and utility of this broom/dustpan set. The broom sweeps very well. The dustpan has l lip that makes it easy to sweep up all the dirt, dust, etc. cleanly into the pan. I bought this set for the area around my cat box. Cleaning up is a cinch. These work well. My only reservation about this set is the stow-away capability. The broom is supposed to fit inside the dustpan for easy storage. I wanted this feature so that I could hang the broom and dustpan on the wall for easy access. Unfortunately, the bristles at the ends of the broom almost inevitably catch on the sides of the dustpan when trying to put the broom inside the dustpan in the storage configuration. What results is that the end bristles of the broom get bent and end up outside of the dustpan. This bend is permanent. I'm guessing that if one continues to do this, more and more of the broom's end bristles of the broom will get more and more disarrayed. If the dustpan opening were perhaps 3/4 or an inch wider storing the broom inside of the dustpan would be a more viable feature. The result is that I had to hang the broom and dustpan on the wall separately.

I have been buying the cheaper versions of these broom and dust pan sets over the years only to be disappointed. Broom handle is too short. Broom head is tiny. Dustpan too light so it tips over when you breathe on it. Dustpan handle weak so it breaks in a month. I have been using this daily for many months now and feel that this set is really worth the money. Broom handle is a good height and is sturdy. Dust pan is not too heavy to be cumbersome, but heavy enough to not tip over when standing by itself or with the broom attached. The broom head is a good size. The bristles not too stiff or too wimpy. Broom and pan sweep up tiny particles well. Hair remover comb works well for the tons of pet hair our house generates. All in all I love this set and am angry I didnt spend the money years ago on a quality set.

I love this broom/dustpan set! It solves so many issues I had prior to purchasing this set. If you read the section, "About this item..." on the Amazon page, everything it says is true! The broom is made with high-quality materials, including stainless steel. The broom bristles are high quality, heavy-duty, yet soft and flexible. I'm able to sweep under the front end of the appliances in the kitchen and the broom is very efficient at picking up lint, crumbs, etc... Our dog will eat anything off the floor, so it is very important that we do a very thorough job of sweeping in the home. I used to get upset that my husband was not sweeping very thoroughly, I didn't realize it was our broom that wasn't doing a good job. Also, after sweeping in the bathrooms and laundry room, lint would collect on the bottom of the bristles over time. The dustpan has teeth to easily and effectively remover lint and hair from the bottom of the broom. The dustpan has a flexible rubber lip so everything is swept into the dustpan, not underneath. The dustpan tips to easily empty the contents into the garbage. After I empty out the dustpan, I simply rinse the dustpan and dry it, it cleans so easily, it looks like new. There is never any bending when I use this broom /dustpan. The broom head fits into the dustpan for storage and the broom and dustpan snap together and lock in place. So it saves storage space when putting it away. Someone definitely had their thinking cap on when they designed this wonderful broom and dustpan set. I never thought I would enjoy sweeping, but I do!

The first package that arrived was missing one of the orange handles, which is more of an aesthetic piece, but their customer service team was amazing, and immediately sent me an entire set to make it right - that told me all I need to know because anything wrong with the product, or if it just doesn't meet your expectations, I have no doubt they would go over and beyond to make you whole, but since this isn't a company review, I gotta say, the broom and dustpan are not the best quality. The handles come in several pieces that you screw together, of course, and within a few months it was trying to come apart while using it because the material had split apart where the two ends screw together, like it would if you are screwing a plastic piece onto something and twist a little too hard and it just splits in half so it can continue to turn after it is all the way on? Only I didn't do that, at all and have no idea when it happened because it wasn't when I put it together. Also, the brush on the broom isn't thick or stiff enough to move hardly anything. It's like trying to sweep with hair, which is super frustrating, and the dustpan just pops off the handle every time I lay it flat on the floor to collect what has taken me ages to sweep up. Depending on your floors, and what you're using it for, this could work totally fine, but I don't recommend if you have any kind of grooves in your flooring (or children that make a real mess!)

This is a great indoor or outdoor broom because it was built with high-quality materials and designed extremely well. The broom includes an incredibly large dustpan and can even stand up vertically on its own, which demonstrates the quality of the design. The bristles are extremely thick and numerous, which is great for strong sweeps that catch every particle. I definitely recommend this product!

The quality is really good and it's adjustable accordingly to your height. Easy to collect all rubbish from the floor.
