Always missing items.
Ordered 5 cartons, received only one. This is not the first time this has happened with this product. If I check my refunds, there are about 5 other instances. It's very frustrating.

My favorite!
I've used these for years and they're the closest I've found to Marlboro menthol light. They last the longest and taste to me is consistent and smooth. Shipping was on spot and I have yet to get a crumbled or dented box. Can't beat the price!

Smooth not too minty or harsh . Burn very good if tobacco is not dry ! I like these and the zen es 100 mm. With Virginia blend menthol from criss cross . That's my fave blend similar to a newport 100. There's a smoke shop that blends you cigarette tobacco similar to newport s so with either criss cross virginia blend or smoke shop blend they are very good . Only prob with ryo is the ashing of cigarettes . But u can perfect the quantity moisture of tobacco to not ash like crazy

Menthol is VERY strong - unusable!
I've ordered these often and was "somewhat satisfied". Quite a few times the packages were crushed, but I managed to salvage most of them. This time, the menthol flavor was so strong I was unable to use them. Previous cartons have all been fine, taste-wise, but this 5-carton order is a total waste as the menthol taste is extremely strong.Update: Sep 3/23 - Opened all the boxes and let them air out for 2 months. The strong menthol flavor evaporated to a tolerable level, so are useable now.
