Powerful, Simple, Reliable, Afordable, Customizable
We used this to print up about 40,000 inventory item labels and it's a solid. The included software was straightforward and easy to use. We created a custom webpage that used their developer library to interface with our inventory control system (Microsoft SQL Server 2008). The only issue is we went with "generic" labels to save a few bucks and they don't clean the print head like the true Brother labels do, so every once in a while we use a true Brother label role to keep labels sharp and crisp.We have an iPad with an inventory search webpage that you enter the SKU and the inventory control label prints out in seconds.When doing large jobs we just move the printer as it's WiFi making life easy and simple. If people want a different label than our webpages produce, they launch the Brother Label app in the iPad and within a few minutes they have what they need. No muss no fuss.We plan on deploying more company wide as needed. Best little label printer I have purchased in a long time.

Oh, Brother! Wherefore art thou?
This is a very frustrating device...the hardware aspect is fine, but the software is totally loco, a "tale told by idiots." Brother puts out upgrades to the editing software from time to time, but each new version is as bad as the previous one. In addition, I have found that a fresh download of the drivers for the device is needed to cope with each "new" software edition. I use the device with WiFi, and once the snarls of the software and driver issues are fixed, the labels are acceptable. The editor is particularly bad...not conforming to any reasonable standard. In an attempt to make the editor appear to be "WIZIWIG," it becomes almost unmanageable. Placement of text is almost beyond user control. I would NOT recommend purchase of this device.

La marca del prodotto la conoscevo, ho acquistato un modello più evoluto e un pò più costoso ma ne valeva la pena! Comunque sempre più economico dei prezzi dei rivenditori!
