Just a pillow
The pillow seems comfortable for my daughter. Haven't noticed any change in her head, but I'm using it to prevent a flat head. She uses it when she's on her back on the floor playing with her kick n play. She's sleeping more on her tummy to prevent a flat head also. I'm not sure of any other ways that I could use this because it pushes her head forward if it's not used on a flat surface. Can't be used for sleep because she's doesn't stay still and it doesn't seem safe for that.

Great way to prevent flat spots!
Keeps baby's head stable and prevents a flat spot from forming = A+ rating in my book! We really wanted a little gel pillow like was used for our son in the NICU, but couldn't find one. This works just as well though!

The picture does make it look bigger than it actually is but the fact that it's small is perfect because it fits in my Moses basket just right and keeps his head where it should be!
