My dog has loved those substitution boxes in the past, but this was her favorite!! We were eating dinner and she brought one of her new toys over and offered it to us in exchange for our food.

I am fortunate that my dog is not a heavy chewer, he’s pretty mild. However, he will desqueak and defluff almost every stuffed toy. He then loves to shake and drag around the floppy hulls of the toys he’s destroyed. Most toys we purchase have two lives to live before they’re scrapped. I saw this toy mentioned in the Facebook group “canine enrichment.” The reviews overall are mixed and my advice is to know your dog. $20 is a pretty price for a toy that will be shredded instantly. However, if you play WITH your dog and monitor play time activities, it should last your dog a long time. The tassels are thick, durable and colorful. My dog is 50lbs. I opted for the LARGE sized toy for him. It’s a good size for any dogs larger than an average sized beagle hound. (This toy reaches approximately from the tip of my hand to my elbow as an adult female.) If my dog does tear it apart, I will take the individual strands and stuff them inside his JW Holee Roller ball for an additional enrichment activity. We will be getting our money’s worth from this Nylabone Moppy toy. I hope it works well for your pup too!

This is the second one I have purchased. It is my puppy’s favorite toy and she absolutely loves to tear them apart. I’m not upset that they don’t last long because they don’t claim to be for heavy chewers and my dog is definitely a heavy chewer.I think she would destroy more clothing and other fabric stuff if we didn’t have this toy for her.Edited to add new review:We are on our third of this toy. Our dog is 2 years old and this is still one of her favorite toys. She rips pieces off occasionally, and it is not a big deal for us. We simply discard the pieces once they are off or mostly off. I am glad that she channels most of her destructive behavior toward this toy instead of chewing on clothes, leashes, harnesses. She holds this toy in her mouth and falls asleep with it in her paws. I cannot suggest this toy enough.

My 7 month old lab mix LOVES tags, so I was very happy to come across this toy. I just received my third one in the mail today. The first one bit the dust quicker as she was teething, but the last one held it's own for quite some time - she managed to undo the knot and I let her play with the individual pieces for about a week (never alone) until finally ordering her a new one. I think this is a great option for pups who love tags and are also not overly aggressive with their chewing. My pup loves to chomp, but she's pretty moderate when it comes to chewing. She's never chewed furniture, doesn't chew fabric, her toys last a decent amount of time and she has two stuffed lambs that she sleeps with that she doesn't touch. So just gauge what kind of chewer your pup is before buying / make sure your pup plays with this toy under relatively close supervision. Will absolutely purchase over and over again as it is one of her favorites!

My 8 month old puppy loves to tear up any cloth toy! She’s not teething any longer and loves to use those new adult teeth to the max! :) she has a touch canvas toy made by Kong that works well too so I decided to purchase this one since it appeared that the tassels were all made of that same material. Most of them are except for a soft and easily tearable orange tassels. We have had it all of a few hours and she has torn those to pieces! All in all this was a good purchase and only time will tell if it lasts!

My young puppy loves this toy! I had to make an adjustment to make it safe for her though, and I highly recommend you do the same if you have a small dog. My puppy loves to stick her nose in and through holes (who doesn’t?). There’s a loop-like handle on one end of this toy that she particularly likes because she can stick her nose through it…and get it up over her head and tangled around her neck! I watch her like a hawk, but it takes no time at all for her to do this. It happened twice before I woke up and cut the loop so this no longer happens.

I would give this product zero stars if I could.Within minutes of introducing this toy to my dog, the orange strings fell off and could easily have caused a choking hazard.I immediately contacted the seller who responded by advising me to speak directly to the manufacturer.I explained that the contract was between myself and the seller, NOT the manufacturer!I requested a refund and they actually expected me to pay for the postage to return the product.Disgusting customer service for a truly dangerous product.
