No need for oil as this finish protects against rust and corrosion, but oil will soak in to create a traditional look.

Great product by a great Seller!
This stuff works great and looks great. I messed it up the first time by going too thick, but that was my fault, and I learned better. I had asked the seller what color to use to match a specific model of firearm, and within I believe 12 hours I had a response that led me to the exact color I needed. I could not be happier with the product or the seller!
