So here is the run down others have said they are hard to use, 1. they can be because you have to learn to move the hook with in the curler for the hair to slide through, I also did it without a mirror, 2. That the ends stick out and don’t curl, either buy the ones for longer hair which I did or don’t take the curler to the scalp , 3 they are hard to sleep in, I pulled mine up to the top of my head and put a wrap around it so I wasn’t sleeping on them. Which other curlers are just as hard to sleep on but I can’t get them out of the way.. They give soft curls not tight ones, the curlers are much easier to remove from my long hair then other curlers that I have used . Also if I have damp hair with other curlers it tends to still be damp in the morning where these allow air flow so my thick hair was able to dry. I hope this helps anyone as to if they work for you or not .

Buyer be aware. Good curlers and the curls turn out great, however the part that you use to pull the hair through the curls came BROKEN. The only reason I am not returning this is because I already have an actual curl former tool unbroken and can use that. Just make sure the tool isn’t broken when buying from this seller.

I’m sure practice makes perfect and use smaller sections and get more curlers, but I honestly was using a small section of hair and the hook broke as I was pulling through. I had half of my hair in curlers. I tried glue, it wouldn’t set up. So I twisted my hair tightly and used the hole in the wand right under the where the hook was. Made it work, but disappointed with the cheap tool👎🏼

I was super excited to try these! I have naturally curly hair but these worked really well without causing frizz. Gave me beautiful curls. 2 down sides 1 I guess I should have bought 2 packs because 1 was not enough to do my whole head as directed and 2 my head on top was a bit too long to the curlers.They were fairly easy to put in as long as you didn't put in too much hair into one curler, and helped my hair dry quite fast.

I really like these rollers because they are easy to use and are way more comfortable than traditional rollers. I use a bonet hair drier to dry them bc I place them with wet hair and I don't like sleeping with wet hair or rollers in my head. And I have mixed hair (I'm Dominican) so my hair tends to frizz without hair products or with air drying. The only draw back is that the roots are not held tight enough as with traditional rollers but the time and aggravation i save in placing them is well worth the sacrifice, I just flat iron the roots as needed.

I've searched for these in store, like at sally beauty supply, and they're usually double the price. Curl formers and wave formers are an amazing way to eliminate heat and still keep a cute style 🥰 add mousse or gel to each strand as you go (do it as you go so the product doesn't dry before it's in the curl former) for a longer lasting hold! I use the amika plus size perfect body mousse. Smells amazing and holds all day 👏

This is one of those products that sounds and looks good online but doesn't live up to expectations. No instructions came with this and the video made it look way easier to use. If I use a small section of hair, an amount that is easy to get on and off the hook, the curler slides right off my baby fine hair. Using a larger section does allow the curler to stay on longer but it is darn near impossible to work with the hook.

I like curly hair very much. but I don’t think I have time to sit in the barber shop for a few hours to perm. I bought this plastic spiral net online and can be dried quality which a hair dryer. It can also be dried naturally. The effect is natural. After rolling. you can use a setting spray to get better results.
