PüreLUX Simply Cool Gel Memory Foam Pillow, Queen 18" x 30" Medium Memory Foam

The pillow is way too thin for me. I saw a question answered saying it is 3 to 4 inches thick, and that is true until you put anything on it, like your head. The softness is awesome, your head will sink into this like a cloud, but then your head feels like its just laying almost flat on your bed like you have no pillow. Applying very light weight on this pillow crushes it down to about 1 inch thickness; again feels like you're almost laying flat on bed with no pillow at all.Pros: Super soft; softest pillow I've ever tried. Will likely puff back out to original shape every time so long as no weight is on the pillow. Pillow was nice and cool for a while, like you would expect from a "gel" memory foam, until your body heat warms it up; naturally.Cons: Too thin, so not enough support. Once your head finishes sinking into this pillow, its going to rest about 1 inch from the top of your bed surface at most.I was really surprised by the softness of this pillow. I liked it, but I'd need to stack 2 or 3 of these things into one pillow case so my head would rest more comfortably above the bed surface. I wont be buying more of them though..

It’s a good pillow. Pillowcases don’t fit well or stay on.

Supports my neck with herniated discs. No longer wake up in pain. Also my son had neck fusion and he loves it too.

Bought from Costco for cooking feature and it is not. Not sure what I expected but this did not work.

I have shoulder bursitis and tendinitis. So I’ve been having to sleep on my back for quite some time now. Let me tell you this pillow has been amazing! After almost a year and a half of having to sleep on my back because of my shoulder condition, I have slowly been able to sleep on my side with this pillow. Saying I am extremely happy would be an understatement.I will recommend when taking it out of the box let it decompress for a few hours. It’s just like you would have to do with a memory foam mattress. I’ve had no issue with it being too thin for me. I absolutely love this pillow.

I love this pillow! It's really supportive without being too hard and goes back to holding its shape when you take your head off it. I'm a side sleeper and it's a little thick for me but I love it for sitting against to read a book or something.
