CST/berger RL25HCK Horizontal/Exterior Self-Leveling Rotary Laser Complete Kit

Nice video and picture, unfortunately what they show is not what I got. The picture shows a grade stick with the first section being 3ft 1/2in, that led me to believe the stick was a thicker contractors stick, the reality is the first section is only 2ft 9in and its thin. the receiver bracket sticks out past the back of the stick so you cant hold the stick directly against a building, or post, I would need to do a balancing act if I did decide to use the stick. for anything other than grading the ground. I guess ill have to use it with level.. would have been 5 stars, but false advertising ticks me off.

I purchased this item one month ago and have used it 3 times. The first time was a flawless experience. The second time which was about a week later, the receiver unit made a very "scratchy" sounding and weak beeping sound. It continued to do so during the entire process. The third time I used it the receiver unit continued to make the weak and scratchy sound off and on. I have contacted the manufacturer and am working with them to get some type of resolution. WE SHALL SEE.

Works fine, but after only a couple weeks of use it quit making noise. Need to be able to hear it. Going to contact company about a replacement. Will update on how that goes.

I haven't used this yet except to test it out in the house to make sure it worked.. Im very impressed by the quality. Every piece of the kit is solid and rugged. For me, it seems rare to find this kind of durability in any consumer product these days.

This laser serves its purpose well. It is inexpensive compared to others, and has the features I desire with the auto shut-down system when bumped, and slope leveling. I would rather have an engineering scale rod than the inch rod it comes with though.

Outstanding product. Easy to set up and use with one person. I would purchase the longer story pole (measuring rod). also the detector bracket is cumbersome. The first time I used it the detector fell off in a ditch with water. Luckily It dried out and still works.

Did not work had to send it back but the retuning process was very smooth

Very nice! Came well packaged too which is very important for this.
