The only thing I was leery about would be pieces of fiber floating around in . No problem don’t even know it’s there. Bought the vanilla and strawberry both very good . I like it better than ensure . Still don’t buy chocolate unless I can taste it I’ve had some horrible ones

These work for me, I have a hard time eating so first thing I do for breakfast is cut 2 hard boiled eggs in quarters and chase the eggs down with the BOOST drinks.
