LorAnn Oils Butter Vanilla Emulsion & Flavoring For Baking

The best emulsion. I got it for royal icing cookies which I love. But then I used it for a chocolate chip cookie and that was a game changer! The buttery vanilla taste is so good.

I bought this b/c it was highly recommended by a professional baker. I used this in a new sugar cookie recipe. The cookies were yummy enough to eat plain. I also used this in the royal icing recipe. Wow! Since then, I've also bought the plain vanilla emulsion and the lemon emulsion. These will always be in my baking ingredients cabinet.

I use this butter vanilla bakery emulsion almost every time I bake. It really helps elevate the flavour of my cakes, cupcakes, and buttercream, giving them a richer bakery-style taste without being overpowering. It took me a while to fully appreciate how much of a difference it makes, but now it is one of those ingredients I do not like being without. I bought backup bottles to make sure I never run out. A great addition to a home baker’s ingredient kit.

This is my top secret drool worthy special ingredient that makes all my baked goods taste professional!!! I’m known for my cookies. This adds a strong undertone of butter to the vanilla without being “too much” of a butter or vanilla taste, but still makes every bite of my baked goods taste fresh out of the oven even days later. Bakes like a dream every time! All I can say is YUMMY! It’s an alcohol free, vegan/dairy free, nut free, sugar free, Kosher, and Halal friendly flavored emulsion that I can use instead of (or in addition to) any classic extract. I’m just glad Amazon sells this larger version at a great price (especially compared to pure vanilla extract), so I don’t have to keep buying a tiny bottle every couple weeks. I also love that this bottle is plastic and closes easier so it hasn’t leaked like the smaller ones used to. I used to have to HUNT for it locally, but not anymore! 🤤🫶🏽😋 This is by far my favorite of all LorAnn’s variety available.

Have replaced my regular vanilla with this. Adds great flavor.

This is one of the best emulsions. It smells amazing. I use it in baking cookies and in the icing too. I like that it is a large bottle that goes a long way.

It makes a noticeable difference in my cookies and cakes. I go through this stuff like water.

I usually use a vanilla emulsion from my local bakery supply store but its been discontinued. The store hasnt told me the manufacturer yet in order for me to try and find a replacement so i hopped on amazon to try and find a replacement myself . i chose this option for the specific words "flavor wont bake out". I tried it in my cookies over the weekend but unfortunately they werent packing that VANILLA TASTE punch i was looking for. I tried to add straight VANILLA BEAN paste but still was not packing that punch. i will keep searching for my secret ingredient vanilla flavoring but in the end, this wasnt bad. it give a hint of vanilla flavoring and it measured up to the purpose but unfortunately it wasnt ENOUGH for me. all in all, great product otherwise.
