I purchased this flag and it was hoisted on the flagpole at church on Memorial Day 2022. In September I noticed that the flag appeared to have some frayed edges and determined that it was no longer serviceable. I immediately contacted the vendor and their customer service is outstanding. They instructed me to order a replacement and send them the order number and they would give me a refund for the original. No problem there. The refund came through as promised. Their guarantee on the flag is 365 days. If this replacement flag does not hold up any better than the original, I will again be requesting another refund in five months.As to the quality of the flag itself, it is advertised as a durable, heavy-duty flag. It is very nice and presentable as an INDOOR flag, or as a flag that is only displayed outdoors for a limited time, but it does not stand up to being outside in the weather 24/7. The attached photos show the condition of the flag after barely five months. Not only is it ripped out at the stitching, but the colors faded terribly. The reds look like pink and the blues look like purple.

I've been purchasing flags every other year. i live on the RI coast:.usually mild summers, w. an occasional hurricane. Windy falls. The flag flies from spring through fall. Hate having to replace them as often as I do. I'm hoping this one (more expensive than previous flags) outlasts the others, bc the material is described: "stronger" so it will outlast others. Since the flag has been up only two months, I can't comment on it's longevity. Fingers' crossed. Stay tuned.

Sturdy, but because of the material, you sure can hear old glory blow in the wind.
