Amazon Basics Sateen Pillowcase - 50 x 80 cm x 2, Bright Grey

Nice enough, but feels very nylon like even though sold as 100% cotton.

The covers are a nice sateen but a lot bigger than they should be. Wash and dry well.

Very nice linen-like material but much cheaper. They have a zip along the long side which makes it easy to take the pillows out. The only thing I didn't like was the very light grey colour, which makes them look like they've been washed too many times, but I knew they were grey when I bought them, and the reason I bought grey was because they were really cheap. Love the material though, even after many washes they still feel like new and there's no bobbling at all. I'll be choosing sateen for all of my bedding from now on.

Great quality , speedy delivery and excellent value for money

I gave only 4 stars as they have lightened a little since being washed a few times, but overall I am very happy with the pillow case. They are very, very smooth!

I can't believe how Amazon can sell such quality cushion covers for almost nothing. I hope it's a fair trade for the manufacturers. These cushion covers have nice, soft fabrics. Easy to wash with machine(30°) no shrinkage. I have 2 cats and these cover doesn't pick up all the fluff. I wish they had more options so i could replace more covers. It's a bit larger than our cushions size but it gives more room and feels more fluffy. This size of covers are hard to find and generally expensive due to decoration on them. But if you ask me it's better without them cos you can put your face and sleep without worrying to wake up some patterns on your face :)

These pillowcases felt great when I took them out of their packaging - really soft and silky and as if they were made of very good quality cotton sateen. However, once the dressing had been washed out, all softness and silkiness disappeared, so this may be a disappointment for front sleepers in particular. Having said that, they’re a generous size, perfect for Ikea’s quite large pillows for example, and the zip feature is brilliant. It doesn’t show and you don’t feel the zips even when sleeping face down, and the zips make changing the pillowcases really easy and much less painful if you have any trouble with your neck, arms or shoulders. Overall, I’m pleased with them, just wish the fabric felt a lot less rough.
