Problem solved
I had an extremely loud squealing noise and after some trouble shooting found that my pully had seized and started shredding the belt. Replaced both, perfect match and they work as they should. Happy to have a spare.

The "wheels" included in this tensioner pulley assembly are not ball bearings. They are simple plain bearings.
