The headset my company provides is not wireless so I ordered this from the suggestion of coworkers.The hook up was easy. The directions included were easy to walk through. Shipping was fast. Product in great condition. Seller was amazing in packaging and a note to reach out if there was any problems. Added benefit is I had no clue the amount of white noise and feedback my wired Plantronics headset put out until I worked a shift with this bad boy. I had to keep checking to make sure I was hooked up. Love the silence and the freedom. Would buy again from this seller

Bought to work from home. Coworker loves his set. My set was sent back.I can barely hear my clients talking. There was a constant loud pitch buzzing over the person talking. Sounds like they're talking from 2 rooms away during a conversation.I was really hoping to have the freedom of a cordless headset.

Perfect for my work from home job.. very light weight and easy to use once you read instructions a few times. I wish the battery showed 10% incriments instead of 25% 50% 75% 100% however it works great. I ordered off brand 250mah batteries as backups but do not last anywhere near as long as the plantronics bran 270mah batteries. The headset is comfortable may feel a bit chip but works amazing and very far away! I can finally roam around the house while waiting for calls instead of being tethered to a computer. Great price. Everything works as its supposed to. Will buy again when looking for upgrades! (Update) After a couple weeks of use it no longer allows me to have “audio sensing” enabled with the “pc to radio”” set as “always on”. For some odd reason it now only allows one of the two to be on. I’ve even upgraded the firmware, reset everything and even used the poly app instead of plantronic hub. The poly app allows both to be enabled but does not work like they are both enabled. Ever sense this issue I have noticed a slight buzz in my headset .UPDATE: I have had random issues with the plantronics app working with this device... also my plantronics headset battery just gave out yesterday. would go from 100% to 25% in 10 seconds.. luckily i bought 2 backup batteries of some off brand battery. So far its usable for what i do but its got a few issues that even plantronics support cannot figure out.

Good: I like the functionality to swap between my PC VOIP phone and my cell and the battery lasts all day. Was easy to setup and is comfortable to wear.BAD:though there's two earphone, I assumed this would be able to provide stereo sound, but I cannot find any settings to allow it. Also, sound quality is adequate at best.

Sends clear voice signal from the mic. Mute button on headset works well. Synchronizes with mute button in Micro$oft Teams by default, even without installing any Plantronics software, as long as its base is plugged into the PC by USB. The same does not happen if connected by Bluetooth from base to PC or phone. Then you have 2 independent mute buttons. Battery and ear cushions are replaceable!! Kudos! Reliable DECT wireless from base to headset, more reliable than any Bluetooth ever. Sound quality when hearing others voices is good. But don't bother listening to music in these, the treble is cut down way too much for music. They're not made for music. Might work if you boost treble way up in your equalizer.

I have been buying these headsets for our employees since 2018 and our agents love them, great distance of range they can walk away without any issues. Will continue to buy for our new hires.

I really like this product. Used in setting up my home office and was simple to connect to my laptop using USB. Also able to connect to phone line and mobile phone using Bluetooth. The fit is comfortable for all day use. Sound is good and microphone pickup is solid. I also like the mute button directly on ear cover on the microphone side. Its got good size so its easy to push. Battery lasting all day, also quick to charge.
