Greetings! This product is very energizing to the body, so much so that it keeps me awake for the subsequent 24 hours upon taking it. My suggestion to the MANUFACTURER would be to STAMPit so it can easily be quartered so one can elect to take only 6 mg daily. Thank you so much!

These do make a major difference you can feel after about three days. I started taking one a day, but notice I seem to feel best with three a day, which is what I take now. Sometimes I skip other vitamins, but never these!

this is suppose to help with hormones, I tried it for 3 months- no results at all. There are no clinical studies to back any thing up. I called the company, very nice but no knowledge
