It's hard to know for sure since my migraines aren't regular or based on any one trigger but I think I can safely say that I've experienced fewer migraines with taking about 6 per day; 3 in the am and 3 in the pm. I'm going to order another bottle because I'm almost out (this bottle lasted about 2½ months) because I don't really want to experiment by stopping this product and risk the increase in headaches.
