Premium 100 Cones (1100 Yards Each) of Polyester Machine Embroidery Threads Compatible with Brother Babylock Janome Singer Pfaff Husqvarna Bernina Machines

Read a lot of reviews on this thread before purchasing, and there were a lot of mixed reviews!! And from what I've gleaned from embroidery groups and such, some threads do better in some machines than others. This is apparently true for ALL thread - high end products to low end products. Because this was a reasonable price for this 100 cone pkg, I figured I'd give it a shot. I personally haven't had any trouble with any of the the threads that I've purchase through Amazon, and I've used several different brands so far. So my advice to you would be to know your machine - if it tends to only like one brand and chews up the other brands, you better stick with what works. But if you have a machine that doesn't have a problem with different types of thread, this thread is a good deal. I also read something about people being disappointed about the stickers on the bottom falling off - mine were ALL intact and didn't show any signs of falling off even after unwrapping all them. Also, people were complaining about there not being a notch for the thread tail to tuck into - no problem, I use the thread net to keep my threads from unraveling!! I like it much better than trying to get that dang thread to slip in that notch and STAY! For me, this has been a wise purchase!

Having to write the colors and numbers on the bobbins took time. Mine came with a tiny label on top. My spools also looked different from the pictures. Labels wouldn't stick, but magic marker works great. Then cutting a slit in the bottom of the bobbin base with a utility knife to secure the ends of the thread, though easy, took more time. Quite a few (maybe 8-10) of the spools had the wrong label. These pictured spools may fit nicely on a wooden rack but my spools are obviously bigger. The base of my spools is just slightly over 1.75", while the pegs on my wooden rack are exactly 1 5/8" apart. Now...having said all that...this thread totally ROCKS! The price and quality of this thread TOTALLY outweigh the other problems. I have been literally paying over 1000% more (Yes, 1000%) for "quality" thread downtown. No breaks on this thread and I immediately noticed the increased quality of the sheen too. The first 61 colors are more the basics, though still giving about 6 or 8 shades of green. If you don't think you may ever need 11 shades of blue, you might want the 60 colors instead of 100 colors. Though in the last 39 colours are some (like Dark Teal) I would have been looking for elsewhere. Thank you so much Thread

I own 4 Brother embroidery machines, from low end to high dollar. I've also used the so called "best" brands of embroidery thread over the last 10 years or so. Thread Nanny is absolutely my favorite! The thread has beautiful sheen to it, it doesn't break at a high speed of 1050 stitches per minute, it's got the color and number on the bottom, it's affordable and the assortment is perfect! Don't make the mistake of getting the other brand that starts with "Thread" and you won't be disappointed. THREAD NANNY ALL THE WAY!

I was skeptical of this brand due to poor reviews and complaints of thread breakage. I buy a lot of thread to try from many brands to find threads that really work well in our machines; Babylock Destiny 2, Babylock Soprano, and our Long Arm Handi Qulter Infinity. Our long arm is very picky when it comes to thread. Everything tends to break easily in it. No breaks so far. We have gone through a couple of cones for embroidery so far, and used several others in other projects. The ends were easy to identify and start. I'm not seeing any appreciable lint. We have made addtional purchases of their sets. Not only a great bargain, but best of all, it works really well.

Like the variety of colors. What I didn't like is there is no way to secure the thread after sewing so am using scotch tape until I can find something better. Also found it hard to find the beginning of the thread so I could start sewing. Sewed a project with the thread and everything went well. Pleased with the thread except for the two issues previously mentioned.

These are a Godsend in terms of their color selection and value for what you get. My only complaint is that getting the thread out initially when you first unspool the thread can be extremely frustrating. If it weren't for that, this would have been given 5 stars.

Pros: Beautiful quality thread. We have purchased this thread collection three different times from Amazon. There is a wonderful selection of colors and I have not had any problems replacing the colors with threads from different manufacturers. Cons: you cannot purchase replacement spools from ThreadNanny, but as I mentioned above, I have found replacements without any trouble. Also, there is no guarantee you will get the same colors as a previous shipment. All in all, we have saved a TON of money by purchasing this thread! We will purchase them again and probably very soon. I'm getting low!

Bright , strong and lustrous for the price and arrive in a week. Outstanding!
