If you are looking for one piece of equipment to round out your gym, then this one fits the bill. The number of exercises you can do is almost limitless with this pulley combo, and it takes up next to zero space. Tricep pushdowns, lat pulldowns, hamstring curls, bicep curls....all on one set up? Sounds to good to be true, but you can get a whole body workout with this pulley combo. This may be the simplest most efficient addition you can make to your gym. This combo includes: (2) 1/4" cables (each 6'3" long), 2 swivel eye pulleys with attachment loop (weight limit 550 lbs), (1) hamstring deluxe, (1) utility stump strap handle, (1) short triceps/ab strap, (1) 18" strap loading pin, (4) 3/8" spring clips.

I like this thing well enough. But for 200 bucks I really think that they could include a shorter cable for people that dont have 8 foot racks. I really like Spud Inc but this is not a great product when you consider the price.

Industrial feel, Spud Inc gets the job done!
I was looking at cable machines for our home gym for some time when I saw this system on Rouge Fitness’s site. It’s industrial, solid, simple and effective. You can spend $1000 + on a cable machine that’s overly safe, but this system hits the mark for several cable exercises that I can now do at home, left plenty of money for other equipment, and it feels like what a cable pull should be. I strapped a couple 2x4s to the ceiling of our basement with a steel eye bolt rates at 500 lbs to use for lat Pulldown and tri-cep pulls. Works great.

Solid pulley system
Solid straps and pulleys. Cables come with plastic protective cover which prevent fraying. Simple yet effective pulley system for home gym.

Works exactly as I expected. Use it for lat pulldowns, rope tricep extension, cable crunches, one arm low and high cable flyes, standing leg curls and extensions. I've only loaded 125 pounds to it though so not sure how it handles heavier then that.
