Very soft flour
I have read the other reviews and felt I needed to leave a comment. I am a hobby baker and we bake different breads about 3 times per week. This flour is the best flour I have ever used, the results are well risen, well structured breads with a great flavour and very soft. We makes Naans, Pizza and loaves all the time, including sour doughs and this flour just seems to suit them all. For the sourdoughs I mix in 20% rye flour and leave to rise for 2 days, everything else fast acting yeast, a splash of oil, warm water, pinch of salt and the flour. I am on my 3rd sack and will continue to buy this brand - very impressed.

BETTER ALLISON FLOUR
IN MY PERSONAL OPINION IT IS NOT A STRONG FLOUR , I TESTED THIS FLOUR BY MAKING: BREAD, PIZZA AND ALSO EVEN OIL AND MILK BUNS.I DON'T UNDERSTAND REVIEWS WITH 5 STARS.... ALLISON WHICH I BUY TO SANSBURY'S SUPERMARKET IS BETTER AND MORE STRONG , I AM A PROFESSIONAL ITALIAN CHEF ....

When stoneground isn't available
Bought a sack of 16K when finding shop shelves cleared of usual flour. This German produced alternative has additives which I wouldn't bother with in normal circumstances. Will not be re-ordering.

Great for breads
Fantastic flour, the doughs we have made with this flour have been fantastic, I often make bread where i mix this flour with fresh ground wheat and I still get sufficient gluten strands up to a 50:50 mix.

Good Flour Makes Good Bread
Arrived quickly, good condition and long dated. Excellent flour makes good bread in the machine. Very pleased and would buy this again.

Bought due to lack of flour in the shops.Perfectly good flour.

It is easy to order and it gets delivered to my door
I found Bako flour much softer and finer than the flour I had previously used (a Supermarket home brand).It is very easy to work and the loaves and rolls I bake taste lovely, it’s particularly good for making the topping for a crumble dish.
