Leggett & Platt Adjustable Bed Replacement Remotes, All Models and Styles (Lifestyles S-Cape)

I bought these in July 2023 to have on hand when the original remotes would finally give out. Well, my remote gave out in the middle of the night. It was 12:15 am and the original remote would no longer work. I got out the new ones, read the instructions and in 5 minutes the remotes were working with the bed. We have a split Cal King and I didn't want to wait for the other remote to go out so I went ahead and set up the other side of the bed at the same time.

Works just like the original. I couldn't get a replacement from the manufacturer so my bed would not work. Now I can elevate my bed again. Nice letter included with the remote.

Working very well. Easy to sync. Too expensive.

I have to say this company Matt to be exact went over the top for me replacing a Sleep Number bed controll unit. Sleep number could not help. Leggat and Platt makers of the motor never returned calls. I received my controller and used the great instructions to set it up. I could not get it to work even tho I did it numerous times and followed the instructions to the T. I had it in the box with the return processed thru amazon and saw another note from Matt. He texted me on Sunday evening at about 7pm his time and told me what to do. I reiterated I had DONE exactly that 10 times. I did it again and the bed worked! How sweet he was and so understanding even tho he was probably rolling his eyes!!! Thank you Matt from Salt Lake Mattress!

I received my product in a timely manner. But most importantly were the directions to synchronize the remote to my bed. The directions were well written and easy to follow. And I thank you for that…….

We have had our Sleep Number adjustable base since 2010 and have had to replace remotes multiple times. We were concerned that the remotes would no longer be available. The new replacement remote was easy to setup and work perfectly.

The remote worked as expected for about 3 weeks. Now the lights flash indicating good battery strength but nothing moves on the bed. Occasionally the remote will activate movement but it only lasts about one second. Certainly not wort $250 or whatever we paid. Don't know how to get in touch with the company that we bought it from to tell them about it.. Hope you can help me contact them.
