Foreman Farley Has a Backhoe (Penguin Core Concepts)

Our 3 year old son loves Foreman Farley. This is a great book and you sing it while you read it. It is written in the tune to Old McDonald. It is a safe read and kid appropriate unlike some books out there. I would highly recommend Foreman Farley!

My sons all time favorite book! It is a fun book that has the same rhythms as old McDonald when you read it.

My 2 and 4 year olds won't let me stop reading it...I go to bed at night singing it in my head! Great children's book!

This is one of my new favorite picture books for little guys!As the mother of two boys, this book is priceless. I have spent countless hours in front of construction sites watching the big diggers, dumpers and earth movers with my tiny men. I LOVE what the author has done with the cadence and rhythm of her words -- setting them to the tune of "Old MacDonald." It is so catchy and fun to read and to listen to. Pretty sure these words will be sung in the car as little eyes spot construction sites passing by.And kudos to Penguin for formatting picture books in 8"x8"! This are much easier for little hands to hold and manipulate than the larger picture books. Good move.

This is a great book and I gave it to all my friends kids as Christmas presents!

Cute book!

disappointed with this, more suitable for preschoolers.the book is set to old mcdonald had a farm, so its very repetitive. i was looking for something abit more educational.would be very suitable for under 3s!
