This product is amazing for arthritis pain. No need to take Motrin - able to sleep without pain for the first time in a couple of years after a week on this supplement. Highly recommend

Good quality

I haven't notice much difference, but maybe I need to take them for a longer period of time. There used to be a Flex-Able Glucosamine/Chondroitin powder that you added to water that worked much better for me, but it is no longer available.

I thought I had to live with my knee pain if I wanted to continue exercising as a lifestyle. I love lifting heavy weights, but on legs days, I dreaded leg extensions due to the horrible pain on my left knee. Until a month ago when I picked up this supplement, I've had this perpectual pain for the past 2 years, and even found a way to live with the pain. I took 2 capsules on an empty stomach and after the first week, the pain was reduced significant enough for me to notice a difference. By the end of the second week, the pain was gone. I've stopped taking it for about two weeks now, have lifted my personal best and no knee pains. I'm convinced this product works!! My husband is taking it for a shoulder injury. He hasn't been consistent with taking it but told me his shoulder feels a bit better. I highly recommend taking it as perscribed if you want the benefit. I like that it seemed to HEAL my knee joint pain and I don't neef to take it anymore.
