This is a great product to lift your mind, and emotions. It keeps me from the mental decline I was feeling. It keeps my negative emotions and irritability from becoming a storm in my mind. My daughter suffers from anxiety and depression and it has been a great help from spiraling down. It has been a good alternative to antidepressants. It is not an all-in- all for her but it helps. The sweet taste is bearable. I have taken full, half and 1/4 dosages. The 1/4 dose keeps my emotions level. My daughter takes the full dose. I found for myself that I didn't need it every day. Try it it may surprise you how this little bottle does last a long time, depending on frequency of use of course.

It was easy to take and I liked that it came in a pouch however, it’s extremely expensive for what it is. You can get organic mushroom blends and make your own for a third of the cost.
