Dollar for dollar I feel like these are the best clamps a home DIY individual can purchase. I had some plastic slide clamps and they ended up breaking under the light work I put them through. I ended up getting these and so far they are really great. Solid, strong, and easy to use. Also these are the best clamps for the most affordable price I could find as well. I am not a carpenter and I dont work with wood for a living. There are definitely more expensive and higher end clamps I could have gotten but these are a great middle of the road option. They have some of the features of the higher end models (metal bars, with ratchets, and 600lb strength) but at the price point of the lower end plastic ones.I ended up liking these so much i got two 12" clamps, one 24" clamp, and one 30" clamp giving me 4 to work with and a variety of different sizes options. This assortment should cover my needs in most situations.

Usage is straightforward and easy. Just yesterday I had a half-lap joint that needed clamped into place. This easily did the job and now the joint is tight and sturdy. Without this clamp, I would have had to make another pass with the table saw and run the risk of making the joint too large and having a bad fit. I found a use for it the day I got it. Steve Ramsay - Woodworking for Mere Mortals on YouTube recommended these and I cannot agree more.

Great product

The 2" throat clamps have the skinny bar - about a 1/2 inch wide. The 24" clamps with the 3 1/2 throat have a bigger bar and are much sturdier. I thought I was getting a deal but it's okay, I only bought two.

Helps hold things together while gluing or screwing things together. Good quality

This brand of clamps is used very much and delivers performance with durability, the price I paid for these was a steal! The finish one them is very nice and they have some nice weight to them. They're easy to use and don't slip like cheap clamps do. I highly recommend these clamps to anyone at any skill level.

Got two of the 24 inch clamps to glue up a tabletop. One of them arrived with a small crack in the wood handle which I had hoped was just a cosmetic defect. UNFORTUNATELY, after about half a month of occasional use the handle completely snapped in half 🥲Going to use my old clamps and some wood glue to see if I can fix it, because otherwise I love these!! As a novice getting into woodworking for fun, having larger clamps makes a world of a difference and these are solid in every other department.

The weight of our flagpole and holder was a bit much for the wood it was screwed into. Oddly, the wood snapped across a 4 ft. length, and was barely holding on. The wood which is around the opening of a porch, is 12" deep x 1.5" high and over 7 ft long. I decided to use wood glue and knew I'd have to secure it with a clamp to dry properly. It is always a great pleasure and help to find exactly what I need on Amazon in a hurry especially. This 12" clamp is perfect for the job; the price is more than fair, and it maneuvers well.

Súper robustas y a un precio increíble. Tenía ganas de unas prensas Bessey, tengo unas Irwin, Stanley y Pony Jorgensen pero, hasta donde sé, las Bessey son mejores que las anteriores. Ahora necesitaba entre 4 y 6 prensas extras y me encontré estas maravillas a un precio que hizo que me gustaran más.Totalmente recomendables. Si me es posible compraré otro par. ¡¡¡Ojalá siempre costaran lo mismo!!!Las gomitas en las mandíbulas que no maltratan los materiales, la sensación de la dureza en la construcción, el mecanismo de ajuste con esos "clicks" y la apariencia tan vintage fue lo que más me gustó.

O tamanho de 12 polegadas é bem adequado e comprime bem sem escapar. Achei excelente e recomendo.
