Bought these for my husband who skips lunch. He says they taste great. They have protein and vitamins to supplement or replace what he doesn't eat . They are convenient size you can take on the go . Smooth texture and easy on your tummy. Good value for the price.

Its easy to drink and digest. Easy to bring with me on trips. I dont eat much especially breakfast so im glad its healthy and has a big number of protein grams. Theres really no texture.

This Chocolate Boost tastes pretty good! I initially got this so I could have something healthier than chocolate milk all the time. I like to have it for breakfast sometimes when I'm not in the mood to eat solids. I also drink this when I have low blood sugar, but want something a bit more nutritious than orange juice (which is essentialy liquid sugar). I'm pretty bad at making sure I have protein in my diet, so it's nice to have this drink as an option. There are two issues with this drink that I was able to work around though. It gives me a minor stomach ache if I chug it all in one go, but I remedy that by strictly having four sips of this every 10 to 20 minutes just to be on the safe side. Also, if I don't have the same amount of water per sip of Boost immediately after sipping, I get a not so smooth BM. So lesson re-learned, any liquid (and I do mean ANY liquid) other than drinking water, will ABSOLUTELY NOT take the place of water for hydration! Anyway, I highly recommend this drink!

Been drinking this for a while to get some extra protein and vitamins since I don't always eat my best and work 2 jobs...it's a good pick-me-up between jobs to keep me going. Tastes good, though some might find it a bit thicker than some other nutritional drinks. Tastes best cold, but you can drink it room temp if you're on the go. Unopened ones do not require refrigeration, and the bottles are recyclable plastic, not the paperboard tetra packs other brands use. You can throw one of these in your bag without worrying it'll get punctured.

I drink two of the two to three drinks of this a day it doesn't upset my stomach it tastes really good. It's a good replacement for protein since I can no longer eat and eat as a source of protein
