i love these! i’m a nurse and rarely get given any opportunity to take a break or rest on my very busy 12 hour shifts i’m always on the hunt for quick snacks I can chew and swallow quickly in a few seconds that will provide me with some basic nutrients and sugar for a quick burst of energy to get thru my shifts that don’t taste like crap, doesn’t make my mouth dry(already dry enough thanks to no chance to also drink water) and/or leave me with stinky breath! (ex. mainly protein bars) these can go right into my pocket, the bag has a large portion, much more then most fruit snack pouches, they are tasty and in my opinion they keep me hydrated longer then if i did not eat them plus i’ve seem a decrease in the number of muscle spasms i have lying down after one of my long shifts! the price is kinda expensive but the added benefits i’ve seen since eating these to get they my long shifts is worth it to me! try them out if you don’t like them give them to a friend or relative that’s a nurse! i’ve got all my co-workers asking me to share now when we are super busy and not one of us has a chance for a break!

I hate gels and most gummies for running calories but these are really good. I've used them for countless training runs, marathon races, and 100 mile ultramarathons. They're the best gummies I've had.

Love these chews! I have tried and used most on the market and these have become my favorites. Easy to chew, juicy, great flavor,. and excellent fuel with a kick (caffeine). Caffeine is from Yerba Mate. This variety bundle is awesome, all the flavors are great!

Easy to carry on the trail. Easy to use. Energy seems to be there.

This is a wonderful product to support fatigue and tiredness with fibromyalgia and an iron blood issue. I like the gummy bear consistency of the chews. Its my goto for low energy days.

Great fuel for long runs or triathlon training. Like the texture of the gummies and does not upset my stomach like the gels.
