## Description

3M Construction Seaming Tape 8087CW is a cold weather sheathing tape designed to seal seams on housewrap and exterior sheathing materials. This tape features an aggressive pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive mounted on a biaxially oriented polypropylene film. It performs exceptionally well in cold temperature applications.

Review: So far so good - The adherent holds up very well to foam board so far. Easy to apply from the roll. Did not stick to itself while pulling from the roll. Time will tell if it remains adhered to the surfaces. I will update my review after its been on the surfaces for several months
Review: This tape is great for seams in plastic - Put up plastic sheeting in walls between the insulation and drywall for a repair i did. Since there was existing sheeting I needed to patch with the new, this tape worked perfectly to attach the two and create an airtight seem. Although the tape sticks really well to the plastic, it also can be removed to be readjusted if needed without affecting its stickiness. If you ever need to tape two pieces of plastic sheeting together, this is the stuff to get.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ this was the right tape for me

I used this to air seal the seams between EPS foam sheets and foam to wood joints. It worked great. I made sure to rub the tape so it would adhere to the wood and foam. Only time will tell if the tape adheres through the seasons, but for now, I'm glad I picked this tape for the job!
