Apple New Total Wireless Prepaid - Apple iPhone SE (64GB) - Black [Locked to Carrier – Total Wireless]

To look at this phone you see nothing wrong with it. It looks like it works just fine, but in actuality it is completely useless, if you want to use it with total wireless that is…because it is not in fact locked in with total wireless, it is locked in with “Amazon flex” whatever the hell that is. Apple don’t even know what to do with it. A severe waste of time and money and might I add that Amazon’s customer service is severely lacking. If they don’t know what they are doing (which is quite often) then they wash their hands of you. Store disappointed and almost wanting to cancel my prime membership all together!! It was that bad!!

Super nice product for the price

The SIM card from total wireless is not supported. I called apple and they had me call total. I called total and they said that I had to call apple. I am stuck in limbo between the two companies with a phone that cannot be activated.Update: I took the phone to a local retailer and paid to have the IMEI researched. The phone was locked to Criket Wireless instead of Total. Once I got the appropriate sim card installed the phone functioned properly. I changed from a one star to a three star review because the phone words perfectly with a Criket sim card.

Ordered a total wireless iPhone so it would work with my total wireless account. The iPhone Is locked and have spent over 3 hours talking between Amazon support and Apple support. Amazon ended up sending me to a utube video for unlocking iPhone. That didn’t work at all because it is a new phone and can not get to Settings or anything else so can not follow any of the instructions. It’s all been a big mess. The phone was originally lost in the mail and I did get a refund for the phone. Then, phone showed up at post office and they notified me to come pick it up. Called Amazon to let them know it arrived and they thanked me for my honesty and told me to just keep the phone pretty nice but as I said I have been setting on phone for over three hours trying to get it activated with no luck. Hate to throw phone out but doesn’t do much good if can not be activated. Why sell a phone to someone that is locked and can not be activated.

There was no packing or wrap inside the box to protect the phone while in shipment. No charging cord and not even the minimum of a charge in the phone. If the cord I have from an older phone will suffice I’ll charge it to see if it works. I paid for a NEW phone but I am having doubts that this is a new phone.

Hello, I was finally able to visit a Verizon store and this phone is of no use to me, so can someone please assist? Again, I was just able to get in and can't is there anything Verizon can do. Apparently, the phone isn't supported by Verizon. They are not sure why, but we are getting a "SIM not supported" issue. I talked to tech support and went into the store as well. I am very disappointed as this was a big purchase for me and I thought it was legit.

The problem was that the phone was locked and could not be unlocked by either Apple or Verizon! I had to send it back. I had a previous SE which I liked very much and was looking forward to the next gen. I eventually bought an iPhone 13 mini which I like.
