Perfect for making Egg Sandwichs
I have been using the egg rings for almost a year about 4 times a week. They works like a dream as long as you don't use extra large or jumbo eggs. I put the rings in the pan while its preheating and when ready to cook the eggs, I brush the edges of the rings with butter to minimize egg sticking. If some egg sticks to the ring, it always washes clean in the dishwasher. I have two, two-ring sets one for home and one for the camper. The handles are nice but get in the way, if you tilt them sideways they get too hot to touch. The handles can be easily removed, but it requires touching the hot rings if the eggs don't easily come out. The eggs would cook better and faster if I had a lid that covered the rings. After putting the eggs in the rings, put a table spoon of water next to the rings and cover. The steam generated will cook the top side of the eggs without need to turn over. These blue rings are a significant improvement over the previously purchased red rings.

Works Well..As Long as You Remember Which Side is UP
I'm a stickler for presentation when I take the time to cook, so I wanted pancakes that looked Instagram-worthy XD and bought these silicon rings to try to get my oblong, oval flapjacks into a more uniform, circular shape. First use was a disaster, though, because I inadvertently set them on the griddle upside down. I must not have been paying too close of attention to the directions insert, which shows the right way to place them. You'll know which way is wrong because they won't set very well and when you go to "jiggle" them to see if the rings can be removed to flip your 'cakes, they won't slide off well and will leave a mess of batter to slide down the sides of the cooked bottom portion of the 'cake. Word of Advice: Look at the insert that comes with these to see the correct placement. Would be nice if they embossed the words "This Side Up/This Side Down" around the rings, because I keep forgetting to check when I make pancakes. One more note: On my Presto electric griddle, you don't see the telltale air bubbles on the top when they're ready to flip when using these. I have almost burned pancakes waiting for the air bubbles that never really showed up. You'll get something that *Looks* like it's about to become an air bubble, but that's about it (and might be too late, once you wait for those "not quite" air bubbles). So, just keep a close eye on these. The thickness of the 'jacks deceives you when trying to gage when they're ready to be flipped.Other than those two points, I really like how perfectly round and thick these rings make pancakes. Haven't tried them with eggs, yet, but pancakes are delicious when done right!

Great tool for a yummy breakfast!
I have used these silicone egg molds multiple times to make McDonaldโs egg McMuffins at home (Canadian bacon and egg and cheese on a Thomas English Muffin) and I do really like them. I think thereโs a learning curve to figure out how to get the egg to leak out less (I have yet figured out how to get it to NOT leak at all) but they are fairly easy to use.I butter my pan with normal butter and let it heat up. When the pan is warm, I spray the molds with butter flavored Pam spray directly over the pan (so Pam gets on the pan itself as well as the mold!) and then I press the mold down for about 1-2 minutes. I spray the pan/mold with a little more Pam for good measure while Iโm pressing it down to create a โsealโ.After heating the mold up I pour an egg/milk/seasoning mixture that Iโve already mixed up in my Bullet blender directly into the mold through my fingers while still holding it down with 3-4 fingers.... I then continue to hold for as long as I can stand (about 2-5 minutes?). When I release I end up with a little spillage but Iโll scrape that off when the egg mold is a little more formed.I put a tiny bit of water in the pan and cook it slowly on LOW heat. The most important thing Iโve found is that you need to cook these LOW and SLOW! Let the mold form!I scrape off the excess before it cooks/burns and toss it. When the mold has formed Iโll remove the silicone molding and cook the egg patty on the other side for a short period of time and then I melt a slice of cheese on top.I have tried using a blended egg that was all egg and it did not taste good... I definitely recommend and egg/little milk mixture with seasonings of choice (I use onion powder, garlic powder, Everything But the Bagel seasoning, salt and pepper).Iโm glad I found these... they do make a nice breakfast! The little handle is helpful to remove the silicone mold when itโs time. Cleaning is a breeze too.

Works well --- handles may not always stay upright as shown.
I have used these rings twice for pancakes and they work as described. They contain the batter, and lift-off easily in a few seconds (15 seconds is enough), so they can be used again for more pancakes. I did not need to spray them with cooking oil, but the surface of the griddle was sprayed, so that served the purpose of lubricating the rings -- and the pancake batter did not really stick on the edges when removed. They rings are simple to clean.ISSUE: The HANDLES attached to the rings are the most important feature in order to lift them from the surface. In my case, three out of four of the handles remain upright --- but one handle kept falling as it is too loose on its connector. Yes, you can use a fork to lift the handle to grab it, but that is not the best way to use these. I am not sure if all of the handles will eventually all loosen with use and perhaps the only way to tighten them would be to use a pair of needle-nose pliers to squeeze the metal ring. This would be a poor solution, so I would suggest that the manufacturer make a more sturdy connector even if this is only happening on occasion. The fact that three of four work as described is my reason for the 3-star rating.

Well priced, Easy to use and clean.
I was looking to add variety to my breakfast with egg, ham and English muffin sandwiches. I went for the silicon rings as I'd tried a metal egg ring my daughter loaned me and wasn't happy with it, size or clean up. These rings work GREAT! The are perfectly sized to make sandwiches using either English muffins or regular slices of bread. Cleanup is fast and easy unless you let them sit for a few hours (won't do that again) in which case it still takes minimal effort. Packaging was fine although when I first opened the box and packaging I noticed the rings didn't lay flat. However, the instructions say to let them sit 30 seconds on the hot pan which lets them flatten out. Had no issues with seepage. I also wasn't impressed with the suggestion to add some water and cover them while cooking, but I tried it and now do it every time. My only negative is the "Free Bonus" eBook which is essentially a poorly thrown together slide show with unimpressive links. As I didn't buy the rings for the free book, that didn't impact my rating. BTW, my daughter asked for the link so she could order a set.

Exactly what I was looking for
I use this for eggs for muffin sandwiches. I don't use it for other recipes, so I can't speak to pancakes or other items. For frying eggs, it works like a charm. I follow the instructions the seller provides, specifically allowing the ring to warm up with the pan, and I have fried a couple dozen eggs with no issues what so ever. I especially like the "handle" that is built in. Too many cooking products leave their handles uncovered, opening you up to burns and other issues when handling them. The only thing I don't like about these is the rim around the inside where the ring widens out. I haven't seen any issue with the cooking functionality; however, I have missed residue when cleaning in this rim and have had to re-clean. No big deal, but maybe not the best choice. Perhaps this was necessary for cooking things other than eggs. Not sure, but did want to point out that you need to pay attention to this when you are cleaning them. All in all, I am very please so far with this product. I have only been using these for couple weeks, so if a durability issue pops up, I will update, but so far they have worked just as I have needed them.

Not Functional
This product truly is not functional as intended. The packaging allows for them to come somewhat bent compared to a rigid, non-silicone item which will not stand flat. I placed them on a flat surface with a flat item on top to hopefully get them straight but that did not work. Instructions tell you to hold the ring down with two fingers in the pan, but you really have to hold it down tight with three or four fingers, requiring a second person to help put the eggs in. You really have to hold them down tight and long enough for the egg to set because as soon as you let go these will leek, guaranteed. Don't bother to put more than 1 egg in this otherwise the top will not cook (even with a lid) without the bottom burning. Terrible product unfortunately.

a little work, but so much better than mc donalds.
these are pretty non stick, but even following directions I had some leak thru, so I only gave them 4 stars. The first batch was a joke, but like all things...re read the instructions and take your time. My guys like their eggs scrambled, not just mixed, so that could cause some of the leakage. they also like both sides cooked. I found the you tube video somewhat helpful as well. these seem to clean up better than metal ones..but definitely soak them as instructed before you try to wash them. the handles fold for easy stacking, and they make a good size for either English muffins, or flip it and its a good slze for bagels...

A bit of a gimmick!
These silicon still need to be sprayed/lubed just like the old school egg rings, have to be pushed down when adding mixture, or it spreads. A bit large for a single egg, I don't see myself using them again for eggs, maybe pancakes, but still a lot of work for little return.
