Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed when it broke today, after only a short period of use. I expected this upgraded version to last much longer, but it clearly fell short of even the most basic expectations.The quality of this product is abysmal. The plastic used in its construction is flimsy and weak, unable to withstand the regular wear and tear of everyday use. I took great care in loading my dishes onto the top rack, making sure not to overload it or put any excessive weight on it. However, despite my efforts, it couldn't withstand even the lightest of loads.What adds insult to injury is that this so-called "upgraded" version is actually worse than the original top rack it was supposed to replace.
