I enjoyed the simple yet practical theories and concepts the author provides in this book. I can definitely see myself applying the knowledge to my day to day life.

This book helped me see a lot of areas in my life that I can improve in by paying closer attention to reality. Reality can be seen as harsh and cruel, but reality is actually a feedback mechanism that can be used by all of us to improve ourselves and the world around us.

Excellent book with exercises that allow you to workthrough as you go. If you want to master your thinking then this book is a must read!
