Great examples, there is a book on Legal Analysis some teachers require with this book by Romantz, I would recommend getting both of them to help you learn more about legal writing. Great examples!

Pretty good, rudimentary book for legal writing.
Its a pretty good "starting" point for legal writing. I took one star away because, while the processes are well established in the book, there are few concrete examples or "helpers" to get you started on your own writing.

The law school had a mixup in books and I purchased this one on mistake. I requested to return this book and over a week later I have not received a reply.
