Ohhmmmmmmgeeee! This stuff is so delicious! Buttery coconut! I warm it up and dip apple slices in it. Great substitute for other nut butters.

If youre familiar with coconut butter (manna) then youre probably familiar with this brand. It's tried and true. I was looking at some other brands available on Amazon but it seems to always come down to the old adage, "you get what you pay for". Some other brands are much cheaper but the quality always seems to diminish the more the cost drops. So I finally pulled the trigger and just purchased this as my husband struggles with some chronic health conditions and this is hugely beneficial in his management of one of his chronic maladies. It arrived and proves to live up to the standard that this brand has always promised. The flavor is, of course, coconutty as it always is when minimally processed and during these current winter months it is not very easy to chisel off a spoonful, but that's the price one must pay for good quality coconut butter. The flavor and density are huge indicators of it being properly processed and if you find something is much milder and softer (when it's cold) then it's probably not pure. It's a versatile product when it comes to a lot of the recipes being used by those who are avoiding dairy or eggs, and having this quality to use (even if it's not the easiest) in your cooking makes it worth the price. Will definitely purchase again when we run out. This size is a large investment but a great value.

I've tried this product and the kevala version. I was wow'd by the kevala version but saw so many mentions of the the Artisana brand that I knew I had to try it and expected it possibly to be even better. It's quite the similar product between the two, but now that I've tried both multiple times I have decided kevala to be the winner based on flavor. It just tastes more coconut-ty. Both products are hard at room temp and need to be warmed either to spread or pour. I was just trying to scoop a bit of artisana out to warm this morning and flipped it across my counter as it was so firm. Firmer than nut butter for sure. There is nothing wrong with this product. It's simply that for taste I like the other more and will return to that once this jar is finished.

Hands down the best coconut manna ever. My suggestion- let’s this completely warm and liquify by either leaving Ina warm area or gently heating this in a warm water bth being careful just to warm this- not cook it. This will let everything melt back together again so all you have to do after that is scoop out a glop and either eat it right from the spoon or spread it whatever you want. I know keto eaters like this on cloud bread. This 100% satiates my sweet tooth and gives me a great hit of healthy fats- no grittiness at all. Excellent product, my 4th or 5th time buying. I’ve tried other brands but they can be really gritty, even after trying my steps. This is a win- hope this helps!

Best coconut butter out there. Jar is not half coconut oil, like many other products. Great taste. Great ingredients. Highly recommend. For those who do not know and complain of the product being crumbly. It will separate into coconut butter with a much smaller layer of coconut oil on top. Then if the weather is cold, it will solidify like that. Product needs to be warmed up completely (put out in the sun for many hours or use steam/hot water applied to outside of jar to soften) before it can be thoroughly mixed together. It should be smooth without any obvious lumps and no crumbliness at all. Expose mixed product to small amount of cold air if you like a thicker consistency.
