It’s quinoa, it says organic and therefore I believe it. Works fine all good. I’d buy it again when I run low. That’s the best review I could give.

I love the flavour of this quinoa as I find it to be quite mild and mixes well in both sweet and savoury dishes. I usually have it for breakfast as porridge (I have an intolerance to oats) with berries but is equally delicious mixed in a soup to add texture and protein to it. It’s a great addition to smoothies as well!

Really enjoyed the nutty flavour of this quinoa. Very flavoursome and cooks well in a rice cooker. An excellent alternative to rice.

Absolutely fabulous quinoa!!! it tastes great and cooks really well , it keeps its firmness and doesn’t get soft.
