Bought it on a sale and love it. I’m a bloke so not really into cleaning usually lol but this does a great job cleaning hardwood floors. Def recommend this model with is a bit more expensive, because you can pop it off to clean walls, doors etc

I bought to clean oak flooring and tiled floors, and does this easily. Being able to change the heads with a click or two is excellent time saving! Much better at dirt collection than some other leading micro fibre steam mop heads and a very slight scour in the material shifts stubborn dirt without stopping to scrub separately is a great benefit. I’ve dogs so muddy paws this time of year is a nightmare, but a lot easier to deal with when you don’t have to change heads and can just flip the mop. Also excellent hand held and the first time a steamer has actually had any effect when cleaning the oven! The tools that come with it are very good quality and so easy to change. Steam is pretty instant and the steam jet is a Gift when cleaning dried on dirt!

I have just got this and I have to say, it is the first time I have ever enjoyed cleaning. The mop is brilliant. way better than a bucket and mop and the floor is the cleanest it has ever been. I also like the hand held cleaner which is a joy to use and makes everything feel like it has been sterilised. You still need to give it a quick wipe afterwards but it just feels so much cleaner and also it is quite fun. I put essential oils on the bottom of the mop pad and my house smells wonderful. I am impressed so far. Brilliant and worth every penny. Deffo worth spending a bit more as I have friends who have stopped using theirs but I actually use mine far more than I ever used my mop and cleaning with it is a joy! (from someone who hates and virtually never cleaned, before this)

Great steam output and capacity, easy to use with plenty of attachments although for the money a triangle floor attachment would have been nice, guess I'll have to purchase it separately. I am very happy with this although my biggest criticism is that the unit doesn't stand up by itself like my other floor steamers and it's a bit of a pain either having to find somewhere to lean it or having to lay it down and keep bending to pick it up. Not a deal breaker but something I will be sure to check before buying another one. All that being said I would recommend this, I have a few steamers now ranging from very cheap all the way to professional Politi and all of them have some kind of draw back, this model is a happy medium that suits my current needs, now I just have to find somewhere to keep it and all the accessories.

There is something missing on the handle so when you move the handle just comes right out all the time. It’s super heavy and in terms of how to use, this was quite tricky to figure out. It came with no instructions. Takes way too long to heat up and when it was ready it went that great! Not worth the money at all!
