Inulin FOS (100 Capsules) 100% Pure & Natural from Jerusalem Artichoke, Non-GMO & Gluten-Free (1280 mg Servings)

I would have liked the label to indicate the source of the prebiotic fiber. Is it chicory, Jerusalem artichoke, or other? I tried to call their customer service, but their hours of operation are too difficult to manage from an eastern time zone. Without being able to determine the source of the fiber, I was unwilling to buy again when there are other products/ manufacturerers that do list the fiber source.

Was looking for these as they’re a great prebiotic which makes your probiotics work better. They were recommended by Steven Gundry in Diet Evolution (great book & info). I wanted capsules hash to take & these are great & easy to swallow

These capsules are flavorless and easy to swallow, plus they really work. I take 2-4 daily

Easy to take

I've been trying different things to ease my digestive woes and this product is one of them. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks and have not noticed a difference in my digestion, hence the three star review. It's quite possible that the product works just fine and I just have an issue it can't fix. They are standard size capsules and don't have any scent or flavor that I've detected.
