Seemed to work very well
It seemed to work well but I didn't get to use it for long before the computer developed other problems & was replaced. It did the job of charging the battery which was the intended use.

Not for a compaq 6820s
This product description sale it was for a compaq 6820s. It arrived and did not fit perfectly in my computer, though it does "click in" it was an emergency so I still used the cord to turn on my laptop twice. The second time was just for 15 min. The cord sprawled and melted inside my computer in less than 10 min. Im very disappointed that this product said it was for my computer but was not.
