Riding the Wave: The Truth and Lies About 2012 and Global Transformation (The Wave Series, Volume 1)

Back in 1994 the author launched what came to be known as the Cassiopaean Experiment, so named because the beings who responded identified themselves as coming from the Cassiopaea star system. Her communications continue to this day and are detailed on her website. The author is an abductee, a contactee and a skilled hypnotherapist, an interesting brew that produces many insights not seen elsewhere. The purpose of contact is to "help you to learn, thus gain knowledge, thus gain protection, thus progress."After six years of contact, she decided to bring together the many references to The Wave that had accumulated as a set of web pages and then ten more years later as a set of printed rewritten volumes. Free electronic copies of early drafts of the first four volumes are presented on her web site.The beginning of her presentation is chronological which shows how each little clue came about and accumulated. The Cassiopaeans do not deliver organized treatises by dictation, instead they respond to specific questions, only occasionally volunteering extra tidbits. Their role is as a catalyst, not a crutch.The wave has been described as a Macro-Cosmic Quantum Wave Collapse, as a moving realm border or a kind of dimensional curtain which can produce a "cataclysm of the soul on an individual and or collective basis" as it allows the human race and planet earth to move to fourth density at the speed of a thermonuclear blast. The result will be two earths, a 3rd level and a 4th level both of which exist in different realms. Those 4th level candidates that make it will inhabit a very different new timeless reality, a much more level playing field. Those that don't may experience "the physical cataclysms will occur only for those `left behind' on the remaining 3rd level density earth."Q: (T) Now, when those who move into fourth density make the move, will they experience completeness or merge with all other densities of their being, at that point, even if it is for a short time?A: For one immeasurably small instant, this is what is meant by "illumination"!Q: (T) But, for that small instant, because there really is no time, maybe an instant or an aeon, depending on how any individual might measure it; we might experience oneness with ourselves?A: It may seem to last "forever."The author's probing revealed "the idea that this `Wave' business is a lot stranger than anything we could ever have imagined." The coming of the Realm Wave can change all that. The more we see this as an opportunity and embrace it with as little fear as possible, the sooner we will be able to free ourselves if we are smart enough to grab the new free choices that present themselves at the realm border crossing. Knowledge is the best way out of the pigsty because "...you get more free will by assimilating knowledge."Laura continues to express the opinion that "light and love" are a detriment, not an asset in that, like fear, they are emotions that can feed service to self (STS) beings. Esteem them and the invisible energy vampires will pounce on you and suck you dry, such is the choice, repel them and you become inedible. The only true protection in third density is knowledge, in fourth density the thoughts of those around you are transparent, so you have a more equitable situation. Our current third density earth is an STS planet.Q: (L) How is the motivation to love everything and everybody, and to just give, STS?A: Feels good.Q: (L) So, they want to do it because it feels good?A: Want is an STS concept.",,,humanity will not just `ascend' to a higher state without any real effort. The Wave is not just something will happen to us; it is something It is something we interact with consciously." "The Wave is a facilitator...and different belief systems will manifest certain realities...according to those belief systems. We must choose what that reality that is."Our third density concept of the Grand Design can be very warped. "A: All is just lessons. Thoughts unify all reality in existence and are all shared....A: Thought forms are all that exists!" "Balance is natural. Remember, it's all just lessons in the Grand Cycle." "Life experiences reflect how one interacts with God."You will get from life what you give to life. Have you bound yourself to Truth or falsity? Do you "love objectively, all that is, unconditionally, both the light and the darkness, and... never interfere with the Free Will of another..."?The primary points in the book are made in the first half, tangential issues fill the rest. The author is careful to recapitulate the most important points.The book contains references, but no index.Accuracy Warning:The Cassiopaeans rate the cleanliness of Laura's content at 50-70 percent during the first seven years of contact. All of the transcripts reproduced in this volume fall in that period. Compromised content is discussed in the January 10, 2002 session found on the website. This is discussed in Secret History, but not detailed in this book. The author is no more immune to distortion than the new age channels she derides in this book. The difference is that she is a diligent researcher and tries very hard to identify distortions by systematic cross checking, so half of her content could be the "word salad" she derides.

Like a good wine, it seems this update/revision has gotten better with the experience of time which engenders better understanding of oneself and others. Laura's Wave and Secret books are about as good as it gets. Haven't come across anything even near this level of research and understanding on an esoteric level in anything else. Tiny pieces of the common puzzle can be picked out of life all around us, but finding them put together into a recognizable mosaic is rare indeed, which you will agree with after seeking around for yourself. Once you understand the symbols, then all those other pieces of the puzzle of life can be seen for what they are and put into this same mosaic, which is summed up in many films, literature as life is a maze or prison from which we must 'awaken' and learn to leave behind when ready to do so. We are sheep until we learn to become shepherds for our own soul. We live in what some call Purgatory, not as punishment, but a place from which we are challenged to be more than we were and become 'all that we can be'. The question is in which direction one chooses to proceed once learning that we have the free will to choose; but how can you choose if you can't tell one fact from fiction, Truth from Lies? Discernment has to be earned, it isn't free for the taking. Pain is usually the price of such freedom, and how many of us willingly choose that Dark Knight of the Soul? Many are called, but few answer because few are willing to pay the price that Truth demands upon their psyche.Her research/writings seem the best set of clues since that thread of Ariadne's helped Theseus find his way out of the Minotaur's labyrinth. If anyone's found anything better please let me know.

This entire series of books is a must read for any seekers of truth out there. Laura Knight-Jadczyk masterfully connects the dots of so many mysteries throughout present day and ancient history, weaving a web of thoughts that will surely leave even the most 'certain' person scratching their heads and considering different avenues of thoughts about the true nature of our reality here on planet Earth.Ground-breakingly original, The Wave is truly a one of a kind book, with content and essential commentary that still cannot be found anywhere or by anyone else. The 8th volume has just been released (this book here is Volume 1), and they are all as excellent as this one.The writing style is familiar and easy to read - but be forewarned - you may never look at the world in the same way again after reading these books. For those seeking to look behind the curtain, and those who want to know what is *really* going on, you won't be disappointed.

It's OK, but not really expert writing. Rambles and moves slowly. For anyone who has followed any channeled information, this one will drag.

I read the reviews about this book here and decided to buy it think they were credible in their claims. About ten pages in you realize that this woman is taking everyone for a ride. The entire thing an implausible waste of time. There were enough cooks out there on the web to give this woman a fan base, so that's how it all ended up in print.If you're a normal person just looking for something to read on a subject such as 2012 prophecies and other similar subjects, you'll hate this book. It's childish make believe at best. Complete rip-off.

This is my first read of The Wave Series. I highly recommend this book to ANY and ALL that are searching for answers about who we are, why were here (Earth), and what our purpose and future looks like. NOTHING I have read so far has quenched my desire for understanding like this series. I'm already into the third book, Stripped to The Bone. I never buy online. I do now.

I kept having to put the book down. You have to read it slowly because it will alter your perception and reality!
