Talk about a dorky looking hat! If you are concerned about fashion DO NOT BUY THIS HAT!! However - if you want to keep the hot sun off of you while working out in the garden - fishing - or anywhere else that you need relief from both sunburn and heat? Get one. They're cheap and do the job very well. I wear mine out in the garden on hundred degree days when shade of any kind can be a life saver. The cost is so reasonable that I sent one as a gift to a close friend of mine who also works in her garden regularly. She loves it! Downside: the elastic hatband barely fits my average size seven head. If your head is much larger than that it will likely not fit.
