iJoy Twist Ride Home Muscle Toner Exerciser by Human Touch

I love this machine. I have only been using it for about a week, but I am already noticing some tightening of my abs. Mind you, I have been taking it very slowly...starting only with 4 minutes the first day, and am now up to about 15 minutes which I spread across the four different levels. This is very twisty, so make sure that you already have a fairly limber back and hips. It kind of rocks forward and back, like the motion of horseback riding, with a bit of side to side motion and a twist which gets pretty intense on the highest level. It has helped me to limber up my spine and hips, and reduced some sciatica pain I've been experiencing. It is also strengthening my back muscles, especially when I extend my arms away from my body, or raise them over my head as I workout. The machine doesn't do the work for you. You definitely have to use muscle to stay balanced. It challenges the thighs, inner thighs, and butt. I can't wait to see the results after a full month of using it. I plan to work up to 30 minutes per day. It's extremely quiet, and can be used when people are asleep in the house, and while watching television. The machine is beautifully made, and is a very cool conversation piece. I am one of those people who can't do situps because it hurts my neck and back, and I've been looking for alternatives. I used the body bar, but it got so boring. This machine doesn't get boring. It's fun, and for me time flies. I started out as a physically fit, 5' 5", 150 lb woman, 55 years old. I hike an hour each day, and am not sedentary. So I feel I went into this strong, and yet it is still a challenge, and definitely gets the blood flowing.

arrived with broken motor, very loud and then stopped, seller replaced, also broken in a different way, did not move, seller sent a third one that kind of works, really loud and erratic function I do not think they make them anymore, I was replacing a saddle up which I loved but could not find

Nice idea. Product is built well. Be careful. If over used you will have back pain.

Great core exercise machine with different settings for level of difficulties. It is also a good looking machine. I highly recommend this machine.

Wonderful, fun (not boring), and very effective machine to help strengthen up your 'core muscles' and lower body [as well as for rehabilitation purposes -- in particular, very effective for 'Sciatica' lower back pain]. Highly recommended.
