Easy to throw
Best cast net for the price. Opens great when throwing and easy to cast.

Defective net
The problem with this net is twisted braille lines. After throwing the net and letting it sink the hand line is pulled to close the net but it doesn’t close because the braille lines twist and coil and prevent the net from closing

Sent the wrong net.
I ordered the 7ft Fitec Ultra Spreader as the product description shows. Ultra Spreaders are very fine nets. I've had one before and was really looking forward to getting this one. Today I received a Fitec Super Spreader. Ultra Spreaders are panel nets. Super Spreaders are bullseye nets. Big difference. Opened the box, closed the box and took it straight to UPS to return.

Quality isn’t all that good!
Item I received says it’s a Super Spreader, not Ultra Spreader, also looks different than the one my friend has (same model) and ones I seen on YouTube. It does not have a rotating piece on the horn, no blue on top or bottom like the supposedly new model. A lot of the lead are not tied properly . It has a soft mono. After about 10 casts I can already see some lines fraying on the seams too. Does catch fish/bait. I’ll update more after using it more.

The 12 foot net is too heavy for most people to throw properly, unless there is a secret method they are not advertising.
It looks well made. Caution! If you are not VERY strong, you may not be able to throw a 12 foot radius cast net and get it to spread out! I have no problem with an 8 foot cast net, but neither I nor my strong 20 year old grandson can heft this one enough to get it to spread open. The instructions they give with the net show someone throwing a 4 foot net. That was disappointing. The least they should have done was to give good instructions as to how to throw a 12 footer.
