These are of great quality. They are substantial but not too heavy. Truly nonstick, cook evenly, and so easy to clean. Bye bye T-Fal. This is the best brand I've ever used!!!

we just got it, on time... so far, so good... first week using them, non-stick very good, heat evenly, nice size for the price, looks strong, we'll see ... we will review again in 2 weeks., cooking daily on them.. stay tune

The Black Diamond Copper Chef pots and pans are great to cook with because they have even heating and cook faster than other pots and pans. They do not have the harmful chemicals that other non-stick surfaces or Teflon have that are not good for our bodies. They stack easily and cook with less water or oil than other pots and pans. I gave my 4 adult children a set of Black Diamond Copper Chef pots and pans for Christmas because it's a gift that will last a lifetime. As long as lemon, or citrus is not used to clean them and they are not put into cold water when they are hot, this set is ideal for everyone to use! - Susan in Santa Cruz, CA

My wife likes this set so much, she bought a set for our daughter and our daughter in law for Christmas.

This cookware is just beautiful. That is what caught my eye. I love to look at it. So glad it is great to cook in also. As I aged, heavy cookware was difficult for me to handle. This solved that problem. Added bonus is the glass lids so I can see what is happening in the pot, no lifting the lid.

I bought these pans for my daughter's birthday, however , the legs for the silver pan stand were not anywhere to be found .

The set started well enough, but before long the problems set in. The handles on the frying pans retain water when washed in a dishwasher, and it's not easy to then extract the said water. Then on two of the pots, the bottom 'layer' of the pots are / have come away. They will now have to be replaced.

The lids and handles get hot. They are flimsy. They don't work well on Neff Induction hob.
