Where to begin, I ordered this sewing machine to make masks. It was taking too long to get so I tried to cancel the order Amazon would not let me. They said it was because of the unusual slow shipment of all pandemic related products. It took 3 months to get . It is a toy not for beginner adults the foot pedal doesn't reach the floor and it is so small and light weight that it moves easily. Instructions are unreadable extremely small print. I tried to return it but Amazon said I was pass the window of return time even though I had only received it 3 days before. I have been unable to contact anyone at Amazon to help, their on line help is a joke. Once again using the excuse of the pandemic for the reason I couldn't talk to a real person.

I love this sewing machine! I ordered this little “worker” on May 4, 2020 for making masks for family and friends when the Covid-19 first began and only after All reasonably priced sewing machines everywhere were Sold Out and thanks to the seller Chen Lee received it in mid-June (earlier than del date of July 15th). To be honest because of the price of $35.69 I was not very optimistic about how useful and of it’s performance but after watching videos on YouTube and fiddling around with it this little sewing machine has been awesome! I must add that I had not sewn since junior high (7th gr) and at first felt VERY out of touch but within a few weeks I have beautiful stitches and have made over 30 masks and working on making more. I was finally able to order a Brother XM2701 but I can’t pull myself away from this littler hard worker. It reminds me of my mother’s old Singer Pedal Sewing Machine; nothing fancy but very dependable! Keep in mind it is only a one straight stitch worker which for mask making is all you need. Be warned to use good quality thread as the threads that come with it are low quality and such a waste of time. Don’t throw them away, I use them for hand straight stitching. I have found that the tension must be adjusted whenever I either change fabrics or to different threads. Patience is a virtue. If you have it great if you don’t keep searching and waiting for the inflated more expensive machines.

This is the worst product that I’ve brought from amazon. I’m very disappointed with this product. The sewing machine came with a foot pedal that sits on my table instead of reaching the floor. The cord is so short that it’s not really a foot pedal. I have trouble sewing because I can’t stop the sewing machine from sewing only if I turn it off. I can’t use the foot pedal at all only if I use my hand on the table. Again I say, I’m very disappointed after waiting two months fora machine that I can’t use or enjoy. I would like a refund. My advice to you is to remove the seller from your list. I also advice people not to buy from this seller.

I think it’s good for maybe a 7-11 year old (if you’d let your child start that early). I say this meaning that the sewing machine is incredibly basic and weak. I was really only able to sew thin fabrics, nothing too heavy duty.

This machine is more of a toy than anything else. It must really sew as shown by the piece of material included with the machine. However it is so light that you would need to hold on to it to sew.

The instructions that come with it aren't very helpful, but there is a tutorial on YouTube that is extremely helpful. My husband loves his new toy.

The sewing machine itself, works fine but the unit is very light weight and it moves all over the place. I found the extension table to be completely worthless (it does not attach to the unit and the legs kept collapsing). I made a more functional one just so i could use the machine.

After opening I used once. Found it's easy to fix if it does get off track
