Very handy to have for working with small items or seeing fine print
Very useful. Reasonably well made. I'm not sure how this compares to a $150 piece like from Zeiss, but for the price, hard to go wrong. Lenses are clear. Convenient size.

Great for hiking & botany!
The wider lenses on this hand lens was amazing to use as someone used to the really teeny standard hand lenses. They were super clear and have held up quite well even after being used regularly in the field. I've dropped it both opened and closed and I've cleaned it a ton and no scratches (at least none yet).

A good buy
this is a great magnifier pure and simple. With the ability to choose from 5X, 10X or 15X magnification it has versatility single lens mags don't. The housing is a solid strong plastic only open on the side that the lens close into. The same hard plastic wraps the lenses. THe view clarity is good. Of course as with any magnification tool you need to have enough light to go through unless it comes with a built in light. But, if that's not a concern and you need a solid good power magnifier or are visually impaired like me. This is definitely a good buy for the price. I easily would have been willing to pay $20 for this and it cost me a fraction of that.If you're visually impaired like me I'll be trying other products found on here I already have another review up on a different magnifier that you're welcome to read. I'll be posting reviews on magnifiers and a monocular or 2 for distance help.

All magnifying lenses are the same strength
Good tool. Instructions would be helpful. Simply the lenses magnifying power are increased by adding more lenses. One lens equals 5x two lenses equals 10x and three lenses equals 15x. The limiting consideration is the size of the effective field of view.

It's got Power
The perfect answer for the antiques business, examining and identifying marks. An essential for success. Compact, sturdy, does the trick.

Decent, but directional and the third lens is pointless.
Works reasonably well for the price. Some other reviewers mentioned that the edges are heavily distorted when looking through the lenses, but this is only true in one direction. If you look through the lens from the opposite side most of the field of view is clear. One lens is installed with the opposite orientation of the others though, which makes it basically impossible to see through all three of them at the same time. The two with the same orientation can be stacked and used for additional magnification. Including the third lens in the product is kind of pointless, and the product would be more compact, equally useful, and I can only assume cheaper, if it only included two lenses.

Great for cannabis harvesting.
Each lens is great and has good edge definition. I wouldn’t use them in conjunction though, it narrows the field of view too much. But 5X 10X 15x are the most useful magnification for looking at overall bud development. I’ve found higher than that has too narrow a view and is useless for telling when to harvest.
