I bought to lift brassy orange ends after a bleach blonde highlight. I used the renew shampoo on the ends once a week and was able to achieve the desired results. It removed the orange completely!

It keeps my hair blond longer.

I thought this was gonna be bunk and I'd be cursed with brassy hair until the next cut. I even debated just shaving off all but the quarter inch of roots I have now. I bought this on a whim just to see if it would help. And it did. I didn't read the directions because I'm male and used it every day until I realized it said 3 days a week max. Oh well. Anyway, it worked! It got the nasty orange out pretty quick and now I have the color I actually intended to get. Before this, I'd tried every sick, twisted Pinterest home remedy I could find. If your hair's stuck being a cross between a brick and a yellow traffic light, this'll work.

I purchased the shampoo and conditioner for blonde hair. I hoped it would be products that would make my hair feel soft and I would want to use the again. Well, they do!!!I have platinum blonde hair . I was born with it because I am a person with albinism. Some people refer to me as albino but I prefer to refer to myself as a person who has a condition.Anyway I am very pleased with the shampoo and conditioner and I would definitely buy them again.

This is probably the least effective "purple" shampoo Ive ever gotten. The tone of my blonde right now is not exactly ashy, so I knew it wasn't going to miraculously make it such, but my hair was not even remotely affected by using this shampoo/conditioner combo. Ive been using it almost exclusively since the day I received it, so its not like I haven't given it time. I will probably finish out the bottles bc who cares, why not, at this point.The shampoo bottle is hard to get the shampoo out. I have to manhandle squeeze the bottle to get a decent amount of shampoo out. I shouldn't have to do that. Ive noticed that bottle shaped like this one is, that sort of upside down triangle kind of look, never allows for easy flow of shampoo. I know there is more in the bottle but I can only squeeze so hard, and even when I do, it trickles out in a thin flow and I have to hold it there for 30 seconds to get a normal amount in my hand. All for it to not even actually be working. I also felt like it was stripping my hair too much and the conditioner really didn't do much to replace the oils.The price is good, and it smells nice (1,000 X better than shimmer lights), but price and smell dont get the brass out.I definitely will not purchase again. Perhaps down the line, if my hair is lightened or toned differently, this might work, butler right now my hair is what it is for awhile.

I love this product and I am not sure why it is so hard to find now. No matter what anyone tells you , it is not the same as Violet crush! Thank you for carrying this!!

I've been using this combo for over 10 yrs. If I run out of one, and have to use an alternative, I see how well John Friedas RENEW works. Have give it as a present. Their reaponse has been overwhelmingly, "I've never seen my hair look so GOOD!" AND, with continuous use, it gets.even better. Couldn't/wouldn't go without it.
